Uh, what was the question again?
1) Because some folks are more detail focused. Some would say "anal".
2) Most likely the latter. Some just like them swept back.
3) Annoy might be a bit overboard. Actual mismatches have to make one wonder, but some owners are entirely unaware of the difference R to L, maybe purchasing an incorrect replacement wheel without knowing, or having to settle for what is available to get back on the road. And there are always going to be those that do it just to bug
you.
