the tires 1 size too small for the SVX but you can always

Id find out what they came off of, they could be 5x100mm
and if so, they wont fit an SVX.
They will be a heavy pkg total to ship, my guess between
$120-140 total is very possible.
IF they are the correct bolt pattern and tires are in really nice condition, offer him $650 shipped.
