Hi,
I'm not sure about you fellah's cars but over here in New Zealand it is down by the drivers feet, that is to say, the right hand side of the car as seen from the drivers seat, and down inside the kick panel. It should be easy to get at and take out and replace if you drove down to the scrappers with the kick panel already pulled out.
