The "simple" way is to get ahold of TomsSVX, he is a member here and has a garage in Philly where he works on SVX's.

The PCV on an SVX is not real difficult but it is in a very hard to get to spot. If you go to the "How To Documents" at the top of the page, then "Engine", Then "PVC Valve" (yeah, its spelled wrong) there is a decent write up on changing it...
