Nintendo's got a lot of history, that's for sure, but I've never been a huge fan. Some of the stuff they've done has been so brilliant and innovative that you can't help but love them. But then they've also made some really questionable choices.
I was really hoping that their press thing today would signal something new from Nintendo. Instead, they're just getting more and more weird. I think the best word I can use to describe them is
senile.
But, again, that's just my opinion. I know a lot of people still love Nintendo and that's cool. Maybe I'm wrong and they're not steering themselves into oblivion. I'd hate to see it, even if I'm not a huge fan. Competition can only be good for the industry.
