So the power is out lsat night and it is raining, so we go out to see what is going on, after locating the flashing lights we stand arround looking up feeling as if some how our presence will help the official agencies when low and behold a lil car pulls away from a stop sign in full burn out. Wow. Did I mention the cop was siting lights flashing and a dozen flares in the road less that 20 feet away? Did it really happen, or do I need more sleep?
