Doug I faxed CDA Subaru a letter with the above quote from you in it. I got a call not 5 minutes later from the parts manager apologizing profusely. He says that they have someone who is supposed to handle the e-mails and that he hadn't gotten yours. He suggested that you e-mail him again, attention "Larry", and he'll get you fixed up.
We had a fairly long discussion on how I've spent nearly a year promoting the dealership with no compensation and that I could certainly stop at any point and that the service had better get better. Just goes to show you what can be accomplished when you send the fax to the head honcho, not the employees.
Oh man, gotta go...Eddy just passed by the window with a mouse in his mouth. (Must be a good mouse day, ZeeZee had one this morning tormenting it.)
