The turbos you are looking at are small and the plumbing for one bank only would a breeze compared to mine.
If you keep the boost level down you might first try it w/o intercoolers and see where you are.
When I find the time I will make an effort to measure the compressor inlet and discharge temperatures on mine. My guess is that at 5 PSI an IC would not gain much - especially mid range.

I plan on running intercooled right off the bat. they're cheapish and a requirement for my later goals. I might as well fit an IC now.
