Re: Cranks but won't start

According to the wiring diagram there is a fuse and a fusible link involved in the fuel pump electrical setup. The fuse is Fuse #16 F/B pin # A6, providing voltage to the fuel pump relay and the fusible link , fusible link #2, main fuse box provides voltage to the fuel pump through the fuel pump relay… when energized.

Probably a good place to start would be checking the fusible link and the fuse and then next, if they are ok, go to the fuel pump relay.

With ignition on, test for voltage across the relay from Black-White to the Green-Black.

If you have 12 volts there check for voltage to the relay from the fusible link #2… Yellow wire on fuel pump relay to any convenient ground… bolt or other metal.

This should be a good start for you. Let us know where you are after that if unsuccessful at solving the problem and we can go from there.!

If the wire colors are different on the relay, we can still work it out!

Have fun!!!

Keith
