Lifted from the web site...

All the meet information is on the official web site www.nwsvx.com under the Fall Colors Tour section.

There's a full write up there and a complete itinerary, but here is some of the more important info from there for quick reference:

Important Information

Starting location: Java Inn 1120 First Street, Snohomish, WA
Parking is angle-in on both sides of the street - try to park on the south side (the river side opposite side of the street from the Java Inn) facing east as this is the direction we will be leaving from.

Tour length: Approximately 100 miles. Six hours including breaks.

10:00-11:00am Meet at the Java Inn in Downtown Snohomish. This will be a chance for everyone to meet, get charged up with coffee and/or a light breakfast, etc. If you have interest in browsing the antique shops or walking around this historic town, come earlier, towards the 10:00 side. If you are just ready to drive, you don't have to arrive until closer to the 11:00 hour. Tour leaves promptly at 11:00am.

<<<<<<<<<snip (go to site for complete info)>>>>>>>>

6:00 Dinner at the Cedars Cafe inside the Casino. Food, drinks, and great conversation. There will be a drawing for door prizes for those that completed the entire tour. After dinner the event officially ends. The casino is open 24 hours and offers gambling, slot machines, bars, and live entertainment. Lodging is nearby.
Click the icon to sign up via the Network Forums, or, if you are not a member of the forums, send an email to events@nwsvx.com with your name, how many in your party, and whether or not you will be staying for dinner.

What to bring: Your SVX, a full tank of gas (we will not be stopping for gas once the tour is underway), clothing for any weather (welcome to the Northwest!), snacks and beverages, cell phone and/or FRS radio(s) if you have them, cameras, and money for dinner (and anything else like shopping, snacks, drinks, gambling, etc). The only required fee is a $5.00 parking fee at the last park (Technically, there is no gate so you can park w/o paying, but at the risk of getting a fine. We will only be there an hour, so use your best judgement and what you feel comfortable with.).

Please note: There are no minors under the age of 21 allowed inside the casino where we will be having our group dinner.
