...damnit

well, i guess i have no way to really tell if the belt is too tight or not tight enough. everything seemed to spin freely. obviously the big honkin' pulley connected to the crankshaft won't spin too easily because it's, like, you know, connected to the crankshaft. i guess i'll run it looser and see what happens. thanks for the reply boone..
