It's weird, and has happened only twice. Both times after driving a longer stretch. The problem is evident only in N and P. Letting it sit a while cures it. Hmmm..... The dash led indicators for lever position work ok.
Must be in the start inhibition circuit from the tranny.
Anyone?
I have a piece of wire with me to jump the starting relay directly from the battery if the tranny switch starts to act up
. I have done the "bosch" mode. The previous incident was prior to doing this, though.
