Are you looking for just a stock geared front diff? And what's wrong with the current one? It may be a better option to do a "4.44 swap" using a trans and rear diff from a 96-98 Legacy GT, Outback or Forester. A 5 speed swap is also an option if you enjoy shifting through gears.

And rear axles hardly ever go bad, so finding them from someone parting one out is a pretty safe option.
Well i guess it depends on whats available and the pricing. When I turn the wheel all the way to either side, I get a nasty popping sound... Thought that was the front CV's so replaced those and its still doing it.

So... yea, thats my only thought is that it has to be worn outputs on the diff.
