Hadn't thought about a dead car. If it's in a junk yard (and nobody is looking) you could just cut the wire with a good pair of snips. That would let the window drop down enough to get out the clip - I assume that's your target part?
In all cases the door panel has to come off. If you can't cut the wire, then I don't know of any other way except to start disassembly of the whole regulator/motor system. Anybody else got an idea?
