It's a B&M cooler. I don't know the exact model number, but it's either the one for 16,000 or 19,000 pounds gross vehicle weight.
Check the message archives for the right model.
It's mounted between the radiator and the AC condenser. Don't forget to add the ATF filter kit and use synth. ATF, which has a higher temp rating than petroleum based ATF.
