that's funny randy. shooting the perp 4 times then driving him to the hospital. i'm not sure what the owner was using (a .22 maybe?) because if i shot them 4 times he wouldn't make the trip to the hospital. if the car jacker had a weapon, then the owner would get off. if he didn't, he may not get off the hook if they decide to sue. i just hope the incident will make other 'carjackers' aware like the incident in louisanna where the little old lady shot the guy trying to carjack her.
