There was no noise when I tried revving in park. I had the RPM's up over 4000.
Since the sound got louder just before getting home the other day, I had it on the road for the first time again on my way to work today. Now I can hear it when not giving it gas and even when the car is in motion in neutral. Not as loud as when giving it gas, but still there. At least my part's due to arrive today.
