Official SVX 25th Anniversary Itinerary Post

Itinerary

•Sat May 6th


-9AM-Noon Arrival (Parking lot behind the Homewood Suites)
3939 South St, Lafayette, IN 47905
-1PM Car wash (In true Reading tradition)

-2PM Events Up to the discretion of the group 3 possibilities provided.

-5PM Regroup (Parking lot behind the Homewood Suites)

-6PM Bunker hill drag strip to participate or spectate.

-Open evening schedule. Be sure to communicate with your fellow members via the Anniversary Meet Group Chat to help us find each-other some will be heading to bed others to pool halls etc. (have a great idea let us know)



•SUN May 7th

-9AM Our own little cars and coffee in the parking lot behind the Homewood Suites for our Early risers.
(this will be shared with the local car groups on facebook so expect visitors)

-1PM Regroup Time (as some will have gone off for lunch)

-2PM Route Poker Run

-4:30PM Arrive at Lake House for our catered community Awards Ceremony $5-6 a head.
(in order to keep the cost down for our members this event will be completely informal – all able bodied members will be expected to help set up tear down and clean up befpre we head back to Lafeyette)

-8PM Return To Lafayette (45 Min return drive from the lake)

-Open evening schedule.


•Mon May 8th

-8-9AM Meet up to head to SIA
(Allowing for another possible car wash run)

-10 AM Arrival @ Subaru of Indiana Automotive

10:30 - Group will assemble in the lobby

11:00 - Tour

12:30 - Lunch

1:30 - Presentation by SIA Executive

3:00 - Track Drive (On SIA's Test Track!)

4:00 - Group departs SIA
