The 5spd would be a lot of fun, but would the 4.44 swap be the most economical? I just got the call back from my mechanic, the trans is def. toast!
So... I guess I am in the market for a transmission now. I understand that the 4.11 or 4.44 swap is usually a lot cheaper than another SVX transmission. Is that true? and does anyone know of someone who may be selling the parts I'd need?
