After picking the vac tube you want to use the easiest method to doing this will be to use up (pour into the fuel tank or another container) all the fluid in the can except what you want to go through the vac system, I think the can says to run about 1/3 of the can through the vac lines.
Then at that point you will start your engine let it idle while it is idling you will pull the vac line you chose and stick the end of it into the seafoam can but be warned it will almost instantly flood out the engine if you just hold the line in the liquid of the can your best bet for sucking all the liquid up is to bob it up and down into the liquid till the liquid is gone or when almost completely gone submerge the line so that you suck up the remaining liquid and at the same time it floods the engine so it kills it, then you wait the recommended ( i think 5 mins) then restart the car, that gives the seafoam a chance to sit in the vac and intake passages dissolving any build ups.
