Obviously doesn't know how to adjust the steering wheel - using the tilt-away stalk only. A car dealer once offered to sell me a SVX far below his asking price because he thought something was broken causing the steering wheel to go all the way down on the driver's legs. I told him it could cost lots of money to replace the entire steering column, air-bag, etc. After letting him sweat for a few minutes I unlocked the column and adjusted it for him. He offered to buy lunch but I declined and drove away.
