Yes, it would be a good time to replace the o-rings. There are two worth replacing:
1) between the tank and PS pump body
2) o-ring where the high pressure hose connects to the PS pump body
If you are more ambitious, you could even rebuild the PS pump. Subaru sells a rebuild kit. I bought the kit, but never got around to doing the rebuild before I sold the car. It looks like a relatively simple job though.
