Did the car just quit and won't restart? What has changed/happened recently that may have caused this? Any electrical or wiring changes? Are all of the ground wires attached to the engine? You might loosen and re-tighten them.

If nothing there helps you really need a good graphing multi-meter to check the sensors properly. The sensors need to be checked to see if they are generating signals, if o.k. the connector at the ECU needs to be checked for the same signals. If there are good signals at the ECU the ECU is bad.

It's possible that only the cam sensor is bad, Subaru's logic, at least from what Alldata is showing, isn't entirely clear. You might check the timing belt also. The translation here is not very clear.
