I just thought I'd let everyone know my new SVX had a REALLY bad PS leak from the high pressure PS hose (yeah the one RIGHT over the Pass side Cat
...made it smoke like a steam engine going down the road
)....
Anyway to the point....
I had a local Car/Truck Parts place (that has parts for big trucks) rebuild the HI-side PS hose, cost me $35...MUCH cheaper than a new Subaru hose, and cheaper than a used one generally goes for
So, check out your local shops, might save you some money, as I knmow this hose is becoming an issue as the SVX gets older.
It is a bit of a PITA to install, but do-able....
Hope this helps some members who might have the same problem.
