The bad thing about just replacing that o-ring is that it may still leak. All of the o-rings in that pump are toasted. They dont even feel like rubber when you take it all apart.
The best thing to do is take it out and replace all of the seals, the bearing and the spring. I have rebuilt 3 p/s pumps this way with great success. all together the parts are approx $40.
If you do not feel comfortable doing that I would suggest advance auto. I think they have them for $130
