The problem with your passenger window could likely be the master window switch. The relay that operates the window is located within the master switch in the drivers door. Remove the master switch, and spray it out with electrical contact cleaner. That may very well solve your problem.

Thanks for the input! So that would make it not work from the driver's or passenger's side switches? Is it pretty self explanatory how to remove the switch?
