That reminds me . . . did you get your nipple from PWR? Mine came with the nipple screwed in but not tightly and no sealer (teflon tape?). Maybe yours was stuck in some of the packaging material.
Mine also came with a 16 lb. lever type radiator cap. The lever points towards the nipple when installed and the cap has four smallish nubs sticking out from it instead of the two longer ones that the stock cap has. Hopefully I won't have the cap clearance problems that are typical. Looking down on my neck, it's also welded on 'crooked', as in not square to the radiator body. Think of an old fashioned clock . . . 10:00 & 4:00, not 9:00 & 3:00. I think it was designed to have this type of cap instead of the stock one.
