As Lwin says, the spokes are designed [backways in my opinion] to promote airflow over the rotors in the interests of cooling. If you are a heavy brake user, you run the risk of warping the rotors.
If you really, really want to rotate, you
could take the tyres off the rims and shift them over to the other side, leaving the rims on right and left as they should be.
Don't believe in this myself, I like to keep the better pair on the front all the time for braking and anti-aquaplaning reasons.
The owner's manual recommends switching from front to back on the same side only BTW
