i find cow butchering to be appalling

whether it's been going on for one year or 800 it does not make it right.
killing a innocent animal is always cruel and inhumane not matter what the method used.

The animals we receive our meats from could be considered to be treated in a much less kind manner. The animals we hunt for sport are hunted for sport, and it's done so with guns, arrows, and what have you. What's wrong with us?

Some eat dogs, some eat cows... There are people who see each or both of those as wrong. Would it be different if the pilot whales or dolphins were just haddock or salmon, or turkeys, pigs, or cattle? Perception decides.
