OK, I have checked the little pipe that Matt shows in his pic above, and its clean enough, I checked the plumbing going into the manifold, and appears to be clear.
Since the car did not stall during the bypass of the Vacuum to the EGR Vacuum control, I fear I still have an issue.
Unless???
Should I have bypassed it directly to the EGR???
