Great . . . .
well we figured they broke something but it sounds like they might have broke something major. So to fix that i'm guess it would need a new hub?? Could it be something simeple like they didn't re attach a wire or something?? We will be in contact with them soon, and the rear noise we will ask them as well. I just don't want to damage anything else.
