Well, I got done doing a full cooling flush last night. Like I said I replaced the thermostat, gasket, upper & lower hoses and replaced the radiator cap. Also cleaned the reservoir by spraying water. I ran my car for 45 minutes last night, the upper hose did not collapse. So hopefully this time it won't happen again. Not looking forward to doing a cooling flush on my 2004 Volvo S60 R. Just changing the spark plugs to NGK Irriduim was hard enough!
