your radiator cap is venting pressure out like it should but not allowing the coolant pushed out to come back in. Hence creating a vaccum and when you take the cap off, the vaccum is replaced by the air comming in(this is why you keep putting coolant in. Anyway, pick up a new cap and check ur overflow hose to make sure it isn't clogged, that should set u straight
