Right after I got my car, on the long drive home, I stopped in to get Gas at Canadian Tire in Arnprior. When I was done, I called my parents from my cell just to say I was okay and on my way home, when I looked out my passenger side window and what's this? An SVX?!?!
It was a black beauty, owner nowhere to be found. I looked back again a minute later and it was gone, so maybe I was hallucinating. Then I hear a car pulling up next to me on the other side... it was him. I got off the phone and waved. We got out and chatted a bit about our cars, starting with the customary, "Hey, nice car!" "Yeah, you too!" bit.
Turns out he was a fairly recent owner as well (had it for a few weeks) and was still totally infatuated, as I am. I told him about the site and we spent a few moments reflecting about how cool this car really is. Haven't seen another in the week since. I love it.
