If you're not leaking any oil it is a waste of money to do the rear seperator plate and rear main seal. Either the trans or the engine need to come out to do that service. I've never seen that recommended as standard PM. If you have the engine or trans out, then yes it makes sense to replace those parts to avoid 10 hours of labor down the road.
The front seals and cover gaskets are easily done while the engine is in the car. But again, if your not leaking, and not pulling it apart for other things like the timing belt or water pump, I think I'd leave it for now.
