i had my 928 for 5 years.....

- $80 coolant leak repair (at a Porsche *dealer* )
- $1200 timing belt, other belts,water pump, T-stat service
- $ ? ... brake pads, oil, and tires


just like an SVX, if you get a well-maintained one, no problems. get one that was neglected, it will drain your wallet.

BTW, the 968 is just the last "version" of the 924/944, with a large 3.0L 4 cyclinder (essentially 1/2 of a 928 engine), and revised front and rear styling. no turbo for the US models, NA only.
