[Antigenus]

I have an issue with my car that may or may not be anything. When I turn my ignition to accessory everything works fine, but my engine area makes this odd sounding click. The best way to describe it like a constant bug zap from a bug lamp. It seems to be coming from the general area of where ABS pump or whatever that is, is located. My ABS light is on, and my radiator is bad, and im replacing the whole thing, and the siezed fans. Any suggestions or is this normal? I dont think i ever noticed this before.
