The second pic (fuel pump modulator) and the silver box with white wires (fuel pump resisitor) are under the rear deck between the speakers, they control the fuel pump.

The door lock timer dims the lights and also send signals to the stock alarm system, I'm sure it does other things.

I can't think what the others are?? Why not rip the interior out of yours, match up the boxes, yank the wire then see what doesn't work??
