VALVE COVER gasket installation
Please let me know if I should install the rubber/metal "washers" which go on the top part of the bolts that hold the valve covers on, DRY (no RTV or gasket sealer), or put on with RED or BLACK RTV? Also, should I use RTV on valve cover gaskets?
YOUR PROMPT REPLY would be greatly appreciated, since I will be installing the new gaskets tomorrow AM!
