I've been there.
I had a tire place do the same thing. Unfortunately I didn't get anything to show any damage done. since it happend, its taken a good 3-6 seconds to shift into reverse (Subafreak will atest to this lol). Other then that, it shifts fine. I have a slight flair in my shifts now :/ but Its been doing this for quite some time....Its been a little over a year since this all happend. And I traveled around 200 miles on it.
