I had a '97 Outback transmission put in one of my '92s and it worked great.
I`m guessing since it was originally front wheel drive only, the rear differential would have come from the same vehicle as the front unit. The previous owner apparently kept no paperwork from the conversion , provided no information. That`s why I was curious if the inboard cv between the Outback and the SVX were the same or not. Thanks for your input
