They have attracted a lot of dirt due to the light coating of moly grease I applied to the shock bodies in order to prevent the aluminum adjuster rings from seizing to the steel threaded shock bodies.
The powder coating is really tough too! I lightly knocked off some dust with a wire brush while adjusting ride height and it didn't seem to harm it.
Also compared my new BC racing coilovers for my E30 to the Ceikas, and the craftsmanship is on the same level. I do like the adjuster/lockrings from Ceika better though.  |
