I did this little project this morning. Took an hour for both doors, i.e. eight scratchers...

i bought 8 pcs of the outer ones. These are glued on the door sheet metal with double sided tape.

I lifted the outer weather strip a little - you have to take the two plastic screws and fittings off first, then lift the trip to the outside of the door - protect the paint with something - see photo.

Then there's enough space to chisel the old ones off w/o taking the glass out. I used a small flat screw driver and tapped that with a small hammer. Then pressed the clips out.

The same parts can be used on the inside too.

Not difficult at all and now the doors shut without a horrible noise even with the windows down.... and the scratching has stopped too - hopefully.

The outer ones were totally busted.
