Here's a pic I snapped of my 2013 fuse box:
My MFI relay (big grey relay) is made by Omron and is the updated version. I have the Omron fuel pump relay on order. So I'll only need to order three more updated black relays to complete the update. I covered the most important one, while the others are more of an inconvenience if they go bad.
I also have a bone stock 2013 GSR with a 5yr/60K warranty - so I'm covered should something go wrong with the car before I replace the other relays.
