I'm beginning to get frightened. Here's another point on which we agree. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do (except for some of the suggestions by 5thElement).
Add to that list of peaves, people who refuse to use acceleration and deceleration lanes, and those who race in the outside lane to cut across the other lanes to take an off ramp. Grrrrrr.
I've been living with this frustration since I started driving. And that was . . . well, a long time ago.
