Even with my shoddy engine, leaking exhaust and code yellow 4EAT VTD I get around 31 on highway.
The last trip in Denmark this summer, 2 adults 2 kids, vacation loaded and zero topographic drama, saw speeds of 84 mph in average (typically between 75 and 95) with this mileage.
Commute is bendy B-roads, mountain pass, some highway and city jam is more like 24-25 mph . I step a lot on it during the ~25 km "scenic" part. Like climbing the pass at WOT and stuff like that.
