Just get seals for a 5MT new from the dealer to go with the stubs and c-clips. They can also get new C-Clips if you will need them. When I put the seals and stubs in mine (the seals are left and right side specific) I put the seals in, then greased up the stubs and carefully slid them through the seals and then tapped them into place with a hammer and wood block.
