This is my 1988 Subaru XT6. I bought it from the first owner. Old lady owned and garaged. She recently died just before I bought the car and the son signed it over to me. Its got 88,000 miles on her. All original with a copy of the first owners title registered when it was new and a copy of the order form from the Subaru Dealer. Its an automatic, top of the line model, power everything, foglights, headlight washer sprayers, fully painted bumpers, fully loaded! First model year for the XT6. It's got Subaru's first 6 cylinder, 2.7 liter H6 paired up to Subarus first Modern electronically controlled AWD System. The only Subaru to feature flip up lights, a single front wiper and aero dynamic door handles. Also the first Subaru to have a normal 5x100 lug pattern. This is one of the VERY FEW Subarus left with the original fully working air suspension system that stiffens up at highway speeds. Compressor works fine and bags are fine! Interior is in great shape. Car has some rust on the ends of the rockers behind the mud flaps. The bad news is that the car needs head gaskets and overheats but the needle doesn't normally reach the hot mark. I was driving the car around lot before this happened and it was great. I bought the OEM gaskets and trimmings from Subaru but I just don't have the time and the space to take it on. Its also got a dented left front fender. I'm looking for $1,500. I live in Mahopac NY 10541. I normally have a tight schedule but I will try my best.
