i would avoid EBC brakes.
i had Redstuff on my LGT (despite reading warnings about them on the LegacyGT forums) - stupid me.
they were not "quiet and low dust" - they squealed and dusted like crazy.
the best part was, they scored the living hell out of my rotors to the point that i needed to replace them. i threw the pads in the garbage before they barely had any wear on them. 
my next set were Hawk performance ceramic, and they were great and exactly what i was looking for. if you can find them in an SVX fitment, i'd highly recommend those.
