Per our conversation, I looked up o-ring kits and the A011 is a little bigger than the Subaru o-ring. The A011 is 7.65mmX1.78mm and the Subaru is 7.5mmX1.5mm. The OD of the A011 is about 0.7mm larger than the Subaru. I think that is why it had gotten torn. I, unfortunately, replaced it with an even larger o-ring. Once I measured the Subaru o-ring and put it in, I knew why the previous attempts didn't work.
